• Assist the Physical Therapist in implementing treatment plans designed to improve patient mobility, strength, and functional abilities.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the Physical Therapist for necessary adjustments to the care plan.
• Educate patients and families on exercises and techniques to promote continued progress at home.
• Document patient treatments and progress accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and facility policies.

• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current California PTA license.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
