Shift Details:
Required qualifications/skills:
1. This is a highly responsible position requiring the contracted employee to work with a broad range of partners and stakeholders with varying levels of knowledge and expertise.
2. The contracted employee must have strong communication skills.
3. The contracted employee must also be willing to work as a team with staff and other program managers.
4. The contracted employee must have proficiency in commonly used office computer programs is also required.
5. The contracted employee should have experience developing training materials, including PowerPoints, handouts, and quizzes.
6. The contracted employee must be able to accomplish program goals.
7. The contracted employee will work with the Statewide Community Health Worker Advisory Committee.
8. The contracted employee must seek growth and development opportunities and decide on special projects to pursue.
9. The contracted employee must research, draft and submit grant deliverables and their associated measures.
10. The contracted employee must assure timely preparation of federal reports, program updates, contracts and/or amendments to procure program services.
11. The contracted employee must monitor contracts to assure deliverables are met.
12. The contracted employee must have background knowledge of chronic disease and recommended preventative care preferred.
13. The contracted employee must have experience working with community partners and coalitions preferred.
14. The contracted employee must have experience developing and strengthening internal and external partnerships.
