Job Description:
As a Public Relations Assistant, you’ll play an integral role in supporting our PR initiatives, enhancing our brand image, and increasing our visibility. This position involves working closely with the PR team to assist with media relations, content creation, and event coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Support the PR team in developing and implementing communications strategies.
• Assist in drafting press releases, media kits, and newsletters.
• Coordinate with media outlets to secure press coverage and manage relationships with journalists.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on PR campaign performance.
• Help plan and organize company events, product launches, and media events.
• Manage and update media contact lists and PR materials.
• Respond to public inquiries and help manage our social media presence.

Skills Required:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with PR software (e.g., Cision) is a plus.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.
• A proactive attitude and a passion for public relations and communications.
