Job Description:
As a Public Relations Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our PR team with tasks ranging from media outreach to event coordination. This position is perfect for a proactive individual passionate about public relations and eager to grow within a dynamic company.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation and distribution of press releases and media kits.
• Maintain relationships with media contacts and respond to inquiries.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on public sentiment and brand presence.
• Help organize and manage public-facing events, including product launches and community outreach.
• Support the development and management of social media content.
• Prepare reports and presentations for PR activities and outcomes.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to ensure cohesive messaging.

Skills Required:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with media monitoring tools is a plus.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Prior experience or relevant internship in PR, communications, or marketing is preferred.
