Job Description:
We’re seeking an organized and proactive Public Relations Assistant to support our PR team in executing media relations, coordinating events, and maintaining positive relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and a passion for the PR industry.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation and distribution of press releases, media alerts, and other PR materials.
• Coordinate with media outlets to secure placements and manage media lists.
• Support event planning, from logistics to promotion, for client and company events.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare client reports.
• Handle client communications and update them on project progress.
• Collaborate with the PR team to brainstorm campaign ideas and strategies.
• Assist in social media management and content creation as needed.

Skills Required:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with PR software (e.g., Cision) is a plus.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Creativity, problem-solving abilities, and a strong attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.
