Job Summary:
The Public Relations & Influencer Coordinator for Schutz is essential to developing and executing effective communication and influencer marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation. This role involves building and nurturing relationships with press and influencers, managing influencer campaigns, and ensuring alignment with the company's communication objectives. The Coordinator will identify and engage with press and influencers whose audiences align with our brand, collaborate with internal teams to create impactful marketing campaigns, and ensure clear, positive communication with all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and research relevant press outlets and influencers that align with the brand’s target audience and messaging.

Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of influencers, categorizing them based on location, demographics, and reach.

Collaborate with internal teams to align PR and influencer marketing strategies.

Manage and oversee product send-outs to press, influencers, celebrities, and stylists.

Conduct outreach to influencers, brief them on partnerships, and draft initial contracts to ensure mutually beneficial relationships.

Provide necessary brand materials to PR agencies as needed.

Draft and deliver clear, compelling briefs to influencers, outlining campaign objectives, key messages, and deliverables.

Monitor influencer content to ensure adherence to brand guidelines and relevance to the intended audience.

Track and analyze the performance of influencer marketing campaigns, offering insights and recommendations for future initiatives.

Stay informed on industry trends, social media platforms, and emerging influencers to identify new opportunities.

Serve as a liaison between influencers and internal stakeholders, addressing concerns and facilitating smooth collaborations.

Prepare and distribute monthly communication recaps to the executive team.

Measure the impact of influencer campaigns on brand awareness, engagement, and other relevant metrics.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

2-3 years of relevant work experience.

Proven experience in influencer marketing or public relations.

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Familiarity with social media platforms and influencer marketing tools.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
