Job Summary
The PubSec Contract Reporting Analyst’s purpose is to interpret sales data and aid in strategic planning and forecasting, to aid in sales initiatives. The Analyst will collaborate with the sales team to account map, analyze and forecast customer trends.
The PubSec Contract Reporting Analyst will report to a PubSec Lead Contract Reporting Analyst.

Responsibilities
Include but not limited to:
- Collaborate with SHI management to support sales initiatives across numerous projects
- Data collection & analysis of sales activity including forecasts across various segments and milestones
- Track & detail activity and performance against goals, forecasts and Plan
- Account Mapping by locating the appropriate salesperson for assigned list of leads
- Generate reports from multiple databases/data sets merging into spreadsheets and/or database
- Write reports in PowerBI for reporting and performance management
- Analyze, interpret, format, and summarize data for management review
- Support requests and project initiatives from other SHI departments based on sales data
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 2 years in a Sales Support Analyst Experience
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Access for reporting and database management
- Experience with customer relations and satisfaction

Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with sales concepts - incentive programs, sales contests, spiffs, front/back end rebates, finders' fees, deal registration programs
- Experience with:
- Microsoft Tools
- PowerBI
- PowerQuery
- SharePoint: export and enhancements
Additional Information
- The estimated annual pay range for this position is $40,000 - $70,000. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
