Job Description
As a Pulmonary Nurse Practitioner, you will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients with pulmonary conditions
You will play a crucial role in providing accurate and timely diagnosis, creating treatment plans, and educating patients on self-care and disease management
Your expertise will be essential in managing and monitoring patients with chronic respiratory diseases, such as asthma, COPD, and pulmonary fibrosis.

Responsibilities
Conduct thorough physical assessments and medical screenings of patients with pulmonary conditions.
Diagnose and treat common respiratory illnesses, including asthma, bronchitis, and pneumonia.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients, considering their medical history, current symptoms, and lifestyle factors.
Prescribe medications and therapies, such as inhalers, antibiotics, and pulmonary rehabilitation programs.
Educate patients and their families on the importance of proper disease management, medication adherence, and lifestyle modifications.
Perform diagnostic procedures, such as spirometry, chest X-rays, and arterial blood gas analysis.
Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
Nurse Practitioner Requirements:
6 Months of Long Term Care Experience
DEA License
Nurse Practitioner License
Experience in Pulmonology
