CaroMont Health Pulmonary & Critical Care Physician Opportunity (Charlotte Metro Area)

Outstanding opportunity for a Board-Certified / Board-Eligible Pulmonary & Critical Care physician to expand our established practice at our new multi-specialty medical outpatient pavilion and new hospital in Belmont, NC.

Our existing practice in Gastonia consists of 6 Pulmonary Medicine physicians and 5 Advanced Practice Providers.

• Inpatient and outpatient practice (75% Pulmonary, 25% Critical Care)
• Inpatient as consulting physicians working with Hospitalists and Intensivist teams
• Brand new 18 exam room clinic setting
• Navigation Bronchoscopy, EBUS, Zephyr Valve, Robotic bronchoscopy on the way
• Schedule includes 1 week in hospital, 3 weeks in clinic
• Call 1:4 (not in-house)
• Strong multidisciplinary relationships with Cardiothoracic Surgeons who provide minimally invasive surgical techniques, Hematology/Oncology, Cardiology, Nephrology, Gastroenterology, Infectious Disease, Respiratory Therapists, as well as others
• Wide variety of lung disease due to area demographics
• Incidental Lung Nodule Program
• Lung Cancer Screening Program
• Sleep Lab attached to main hospital in Gastonia
• Experienced inpatient NP and PA support
