Pulmonary/Critical Care NP or PA
Our client, a multispecialty group based in Fall River, Massachusetts is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our Pulmonary/Critical Care ("The Lung Center") team. This position includes office-based ambulatory care and hospital rounding on pulmonary consults.
This is a busy outpatient office practice with a lung cancer screening program, specialized COPD and lung nodule clinics. The position will alternate office and hospital on a weekly rotation with an APP colleague. The successful candidate must be comfortable with patient evaluation and management of common pulmonary conditions. The work schedule is Monday-Friday with no weekends or night coverage. Compensation will be commensurate with the practitioner's experience, training, skill set, and confidence.
The NP/PA must be licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, hold a valid Drug Enforcement Agency certificate, and a Massachusetts controlled substances registration. Compassion, maturity, and excellent communication skills are essential. Compensation is competitive, with benefits that include health insurance, malpractice coverage, a 401K retirement plan, a CME allowance, and vacation.
