Responsibilities:

• Perform general cleaning and demolition tasks.
• Provide plumbing services and minor HVAC repairs.
• Clean and maintain gutters.
• Apply caulking, sealing, and weatherproofing.
• Conduct minor concrete and masonry work.
• Execute routine maintenance and inspections.
• Carry out basic electrical work and appliance installation/repair.
• Assemble and install shelving and storage solutions.
• Execute rough and finish carpentry tasks.
• Repair drywall, paint, and spackle as needed.
• Install surface protection and repair flooring and tile.
• Address other punch list items as required.

Experience:

• Must have experience working in the construction industry. Prefer 5+ Years.
• Previous Roles: Experience as a maintenance tech, carpenter, or handyman preferred.
• Skills: Working knowledge of carpentry, demolition, drywall, basic electrical, flooring, kitchen and bath remodeling, painting, basic plumbing, pressure washing, roofing, windows, and doors.
• Communication: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Timeliness: Proven ability to adhere to timelines and deliver quality work. 

Salary and Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $22.00 $25.00 per hour, based on experience.
