Duties:
- Prepare and issue purchase orders
- Review and negotiate contracts
- Plan, organize, and control procurement activities
- Support management across multiple locations to set and meet stocking-level goals
- Manage inventory to prevent stockouts and minimize freight and warehousing costs
- Communicate effectively with branch locations
- Handle a high volume of activity efficiently and organized
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and function at a high level during peak demand
- Take ownership of all purchase orders and their management with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Other Duties as assigned
Pay: $19.00- $21.00 DOE Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Highly analytical with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and results-driven
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to handle high volume during peak demand times
