- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management regarding purchasing activities.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory levels.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to create spreadsheets and perform data analysis.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in commodity purchasing.
- Experience with financial audits and compliance processes.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
