CFKC is currently looking for a full time Inventory Control Clerk to be based out of our Downtown Orlando location. This position will perform routine stockroom duties and perform inventory management for multiple centers.
CLASSIFICATION/STATUS: FULL-TIME, NON-EXEMPT
IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: MANAGER, PURCHASING AND INVENTORY
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

- Cleans, organizes and stocks supply shelves in stockroom and unit; keeps area clear of trash and empty boxes
- Helps maintain inventory control, and takes accurate inventory counts.
- Receives deliveries and documents and handles the paperwork for quick payment of invoices
- Correctly receives, ships and documents the transfer of supplies
- Responsible for all inventory levels and ordering; adjusts re-order levels as necessary to maintain adequate medical supply stock levels.
- Fills out forms, faxes information or requests, and makes calls to vendors as necessary.
- Fills out stock requests or orders via internet site bi-weekly or weekly accordingly to routine set up by Purchasing and Inventory Manager.
- Responsible for adhering to center policies and procedures.
- Rearranges stock, moves drums of concentrate, and reorganizes the stockroom for efficiency and convenience.
- Daily walks the perimeter of the building parking lot to relieve trash and provide visitors the perception of a clean professional environment.
- Helps clear the unit of clutter and trash as necessary.
- Learns and follows HIPAA policy and procedure.
- Other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILTIES: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
TRAVEL: 15 25% Travel
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma, or equivelent
- Some knowledge of stockroom and inventory procedures
- Some knowledge of medical products
- Experience in warehouse setting preferred.
- Organized dependable individual who has attention to detail and capable of working in a medical environment
- Willing to travel as required of the position
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
- Current Florida driver's license and safe driving record
