Pay: 70 K- 85 K

As a Purchasing / Parts Manager, your primary focus will be on building professional relationships with our team members and customers, helping them enhance their efficiency, effectiveness, and profitability. You will collaborate with personnel to identify trouble areas within the organization and apply established and proven service programs, along with your industry expertise, to resolve these issues. Post-project, you will continue to support and maintain relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and problem resolution. Your efforts in assisting customers across different areas of the industry will build trust and further drive service sales. Responsibilities and Duties:
- Manage purchasing and inventory requirements for required stock, including handling all customer parts orders.
- Oversee parts P&L and vendor management.
- Organize and manage the warehouse/parts department, including sub-contractors and external service providers.
- Provide quotes for parts sales.
- Schedule deliveries and track all parts and materials.
- Handle in-house parts ordering for the service division.
- Manage material orders for the construction division.
- Create and manage purchase orders (POs) in ERP (Vista).
- Ensure prompt return of parts for credit and accurate receipt of credits for all returned parts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (preferred).
- Minimum of five (5) years of recent experience in Supply Chain.
- Proven knowledge of supply chain management.
- Experience in refrigeration (ideally with Ammonia, Freon, and/or CO2).
- Demonstrated history of developing effective inventory management practices.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Reliable home internet with sufficient bandwidth for video conferencing.
