Work you’ll do As a UKG WFM Pro Advanced Scheduling Implementation Senior Consultant, you should expect to be involved in the following: Implement UKG WFM Pro Advanced Scheduling modules including Advanced Scheduler, Time & Attendance, Accruals, Attestation, and familiarity with the Boomi integration layer.Work with top brands for healthcare, consumer and manufacturing industries.Working in the full lifecycle of a UKG WFM Pro project or workstream including, Business Analysis, Functional Specification, System Configuration, Design, Testing, Cutover and HypercareWorking with the team in requirements gathering, workshops or facilitating client meetingsTake responsibility for delivering work and designing the work effortProactively identify project issues and recommend viable solutions  Qualifications Required: 5-7 years of related experienceSuperior knowledge of the HR and WFM function & processesExperience with UKG Advanced Scheduler/Forecasting, Time & Attendance, Accruals, Attestation, and familiarity with the boomi integration layer.Experience working in the full lifecycle of a WFM project or workstream including, Business Analysis, Functional Specification, System Configuration, Design, TestingExperience in requirements gathering workshops or facilitating meetingsAbility to interact at all levels of the client organizationStrong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgmentAbility to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serveBachelor’s DegreeMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Preferred: External Consulting ExperienceExperience in other HRIS Implementations Information for applicants with a need for accommodation:  The HRT team At Deloitte Consulting LLP, helping our clients exploit new technologies like employee engagement tools, advanced workforce planning and analytics we empower HR to better support the business and create value. The wage range for this role considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $131,175 to $229,500. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
