Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Python CNO Developer with Cloud experience to join our team in the Hanover, MD area.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
+ As a Python CNO/Cloud Developer you will perform system and subsystem definition, preliminary and detailed design, design implementation, and subsystem and system integration and tests for a classified system.
+ Participates in software requirement review, preliminary and critical design, integration readiness review, and software acceptance review.
+ May research the marketing requirements for a product, including target/CNO environment, performance criteria, and competitive issues.
+ Interacts with senior customer personnel on significant technical matters, often requiring coordinated activity across organizational lines.
+ May have opportunity to lead and provide technical guidance to lower level software engineers.
Basic Qualifications:
+ Requires Bachelors degree (in Computer Science or related field) or equivalent, and at least 7 years of related experience. 11 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
+ Minimum 7 years of experience as a Software Engineer/Developer
+ Strong experience with Object Oriented Programming including 4 years minimum experience with Python
+ VMWare Experience, preferably with ESX
+ XML Experience
+ Windows and Linux programming experience
+ General Software testing and configuration management
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience working with Commercial Security Software / IDS
+ Python Web Frameworks experience
+ Database experience
+ knowledge of CNO environment
Security Clearance Requirement:
+ US Citizenship and an TS/SCI w/ Polygraph is required
Physical Requirements:
+ Ability to remain stationary for extended periods (50% of the time) and operate computer equipment and office machinery.
+ Regular communication with co-workers, management, and customers.

The projected compensation range for this position is $134,700.00-$224,700.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation.
