Python Developer - Hash Technologies

We are looking for a Full Stack Software Developer having a high degree of competence in devloping easy-to-use responsive user interface application. You will help us integrate backend services along with design and deveoplment of automation application. You'll contribute to the entire development lifecycle from concept to deployment as a member of an agile, multi-functional team.

Tableau is only a nice to have.

Must live in Colorado and in person interview

4 day per week onsite.

 NOTE: This person will support 3 teams; Javascript/Python/Django/Tableau for dashboard creation

Will start with reporting and dashboard creation (helpful to know) and move to hardware automation and reporting

Database experience a plus;

Super technical team; needs to have strong communication skills; work well with teams, ask questions

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the WiFi test engineers lab and automation experience.

 Design, implement, monitor, enhance and troubleshoot systems in assigned areas.

Analyze, revise and document difficulties in existing system logic.

Test and review system designs.

Mentor and guide the work of technical staff.

Help make technical decisions on software development projects.

Develop and implement software according to proposals.

Estimate scope of work.

Create project documentation.

Implement software proposals.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Skills/Abilities and Knowledge

Proven experience as software developer.

Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in full stack development, such as Python, Django, and JavaScript/TypeScript

Experience with designing and developing interdependent API services, including automated deployment, and monitoring.

In-depth knowledge of multi-threading concepts and best practices.

Very good experience in OOPS and Multi-Threading

Very good experience in defining/creating RESTful web services.

Experience in Reporting & Analytics as wells as Systems Integration along with product development.

Understanding of databases and data modeling including SQL and NoSQL databases.

Experience with Tableau and Plotly.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.

Experience with GIT distributed version control, branching/merge strategies, and GitLab.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Passionate about engineering excellence and continuous learning.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

Experience with full stack frameworks such as MERN or MEAN.

Basic understanding of user interface and user experience design principles. Ability to work closely with stakeholders to implement visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.

Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Selenium.

Junit and other test automation technologies.

Experience with AWS and horizontal scaling techniques.

Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and provide solutions to improve them.

Experience in Agile development environment and tools such as JIRA.

Understanding Data Structures, Algorithms, and Design Patterns.

Excellent knowledge of UML.
