- THIS IS MORE BACKEND DEVELOPMENT WORK W/O FRAMEWORKS
- AWS
- Years of experience is primary divider between Jr and Sr level.
- Senior Developer should be able to do everything without hand-holding.
- Java exp is a plus but not needed
- If do not have AWS but have built server-less Microservices it may work in place of AWS.
- Do not need specific security experience but should have experience with systems in production and what not to do
