Salary Range: $115K-$125K/Annum



Job Description:

• We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Python/Gen AI Developer to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Python development and a deep understanding of Generative AI technologies.
• This role will involve working on advanced AI projects, including language model tuning, referencing, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), prompt engineering, natural language processing (NLP), and deep learning (DL).

• Develop and implement Python-based solutions for advanced AI projects.
• Work on language model tuning and optimization.
• Implement referencing techniques to improve model performance.
• Utilize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) methods to enhance AI capabilities.
• Engage in prompt engineering to fine-tune model outputs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate NLP and DL techniques into AI applications.
• Research and stay updated on the latest advancements in AI technologies and methodologies.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or related field.
• Overall 14+ yrs of experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Python development.
• Proven experience working with AI/Client and Generative AI technologies.
• Working knowledge of Foundational Models and LLMs (Llama2,3, Claude, GPT 3, 3.5,4)
• Strong understanding of language model tuning and optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with referencing methods and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) approaches.
• Experience in prompt engineering for fine-tuning model outputs.
• Solid background in natural language processing (NLP) and deep learning (DL), with proficiency in TensorFlow and/or PyTorch.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
