Technical Requirements
Experience of minimum 10 + years experience (High)
Worked as Quality Analyst for 3 large projects and lead off shore-on shore test teams (High)
Must have applied experience with Shell, and Perl Scripting in a Unix / Linux environment (High)
Must have working knowledge of Quality Center 9.0 or higher (High)
Good to have hands on C/C++ development (Low).
Write utilities for White box testing(Medium)
Create or collaborate on test strategies(High)
Experience identifying/formulating test cases and building automated test frameworks(High)
Should review test plans and conduct defect reviews(High)
Effectively and creatively leverage automation to support test execution activities(High)
Experience in managing and maintaining test cases and defect data in Quality Center(High)
Experience with software configuration management/revision control systems (SVN or any) (High)
Run regressions, Debug regressions failures, file bugs early in release(High)
Experience in conducting Fail over testing for large systems(Medium)
Experience in writing and executing test plans for non-functional requirements(High)
Having Rail road domain knowledge is a plus(Low)
Expertise on setup and trouble shoot Test Environment(High)
Non-Technical Requirements
Should have worked on Onshore/offshore model(High)
Strong communications & presentation skills including to development teams(High)
Ability to provide technical leadership and execute based on high level direction(High)
Should be process oriented and drive it among teams(High)
Self starter and sets high standards for the quality of their deliverables(High)
Report timely project status to Project Manager and all stakeholders(High)
Creative and things out of the box(High)
