- 5+ years of experience in QA
- Proficiency with LoadRunner
- Experience in design & implementation of performance testing frameworks
- Experience in automating existing test cases into scripts
- Experience preparing test plans, test cases, and traceability matrices
- Ability to read and understand technical documents
- Exposure to testing web and client-server applications
