Required Qualifications:

Require an Automation Test Lead who can strategize, plan, direct and get execution done and should have 4+ years' experience.
Should have good communication and leadership skills.
Should be able to develop Automation Test Strategies for functional testing.
Execute proposed Automation Test Strategy and methodology for the project to ensure applications are developed to the highest quality.
Working with cross-functional teams and Managers to ensure that Automation test requirements are fully included in overall test and delivery plans.
Ability to effectively interpret technical and business objectives
Experience in working with testing automation tools like open source Selenium tools.
