We are on the lookout for a QA Lead with a robust background in e-commerce application testing, hybrid mobile apps, and a deep understanding of JIRA, Confluence, and Scrum methodologies. The ideal candidate will have actively participated in sprint demos and contributed to the agile process.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the QA team in designing and implementing comprehensive test strategies for e-commerce applications and hybrid mobile apps. Utilize past experience in e-commerce testing to identify potential issues and improve testing methodologies. Incorporate mobile testing expertise to ensure seamless functionality across various devices and platforms. Demonstrate a strong understanding of JIRA, Confluence, and Scrum methodologies. Actively participate in sprint demos, contributing valuable feedback and insights.
Qualifications: Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role, with a focus on e-commerce and mobile applications. Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing. Working knowledge of test management software (e.g., qTest, Zephyr, JIRA, Client ALM) and SQL. Excellent communication skills with the ability to document and troubleshoot errors. An analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Additional Skills: Prior experience in testing e-commerce applications and hybrid mobile apps is highly preferred. In-depth knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and Scrum methodologies. A history of active participation in sprint demos.
