This position will be responsible for the quality of delivered solutions ensuring business requirements are met while leading a team of QA engineers to support Snap One’s enterprise business applications and data across eCommerce, Accounting & Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Support, and Sales functions. A successful candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment that is goal oriented and emphasizes accountability for delivering results. This position requires a proactive self-starter who has strong communication skills, teamwork and attention to detail.
- Hands on leadership of team of QA engineers supporting both program deliverables and production support break/fixes
- Drive standardization and maturity of test planning, testing processes, tools, controls, reporting, continuous improvement with best practices
- Collaborate across multiple teams ensuring quality of solutions for successful deployments and drive standardization of quality
- Supervision and leadership of onshore and offshore team members
- Drive effort to increase test automation across applications
- Participate in testing of applications as needed for assistance
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience as a software quality engineer with large breadth of Solutions
- 2+ years of supervisor experience of a QA team with onshore and offshore team experience
- Direct experience with implementing and/or running:
- Testing, bug tracking and development management tools (i.e. TestRail, Jira, etc)
- Stress, load, and performance testing
- Lead and mentor QA team members as well as mature Snap One delivery teams in quality from requirements to post deployment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with software delivery for enterprise business applications (ERP, WMS, CRM, eCommerce, and data solutions)
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with multiple teams within technology and business functions
- Experience with automation framework and solution
- Well organized and self-motivated to improve quality across the organization
- Demonstrate outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with agile framework
