Position: QA Lead with Corporate actions Knowledge
Location: Chicago, IL
Salary: 100 K
Description:
• Minimum 12 years of experience in leading large scale testing that includes multiple test levels like System , End to End Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing.
• Excellent knowledge of creating program Test Strategy & Test Plan, SIT/UAT test scenarios and SIT/UAT test cases
• Extensive and proven Investment Banking experience completing testing and verification for complex implementations & system integrations
• US Market Corporate Actions knowledge
• Must have expeirences in Complex / non-complex Corporate Action events – Mandatory and Voluntary Income, Interests, Redemptions, Tax processing – withholding and reclaims, etc
• An in-depth understanding of Corporate Action Announcements & Market Standards.
• Familiar with SWIFTS, ISO 15022 / 20022 Message formats
• Knowledge on different financial products like – Equities, Bonds, Mutual Funds, MBS and Treasuries
• Needs to be very savvy with excel, good coordination/communication skill
• Perform gap analysis & identify the gaps in requirements/test cases
• Team Management and day to day management of test execution activities
• Coordinate/Interface with the IT and Business partners to assist in creating the test cases
• Drive/participate in the testing meetings and escalate any issues to the Test Manager as appropriate
• Good working knowledge of SDLC & STLC
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Client ALM or any similar bug tracking tool
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Agile Projects
• Good knowledge of software development practices
• Confident person, articulate, enthusiastic and critical thinking
• Pro-active, energetic professional with strong communication and networking skills
• Experience of managing internal client relationships
• Excellent written communication & verbal skills
