As a Quality Assurance Nurse at Western Hills Retirement Village, you’ll be at the forefront of providing exceptional care and leadership. Your responsibilities include:

1. Delivering High-Quality Nursing Care:
• Provide top-notch nursing care to our residents.
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure individualized care needs and optimal outcomes.
2. Leadership and Support:
• Monitor and adjust patient progress.
• Provide leadership and support to our nursing staff.
