QA Payroll Auditor - Today'sHR

About the Job
The Quality Assurance Payroll Auditor will continually work with the Quality Assurance Payroll Team to ensure that the payroll product that we provide to our clients is accurate and complete.
General duties include following procedures on routine reporting and billing audits. System level reporting tools and client dashboards will be effectively implemented into the QA process to assist with the monitoring of quality of updates and changes both with the organization and from the client level.
What you'll do as a QA Payroll Auditor:
- Coordinate and conduct main payroll audits with QA payroll team
- Audit payroll transactions to ensure accuracy of all wages/taxes, management of reports and general ledger interface
- Back up desk for interim and termination check review and audit
- Provide QA Payroll Manager feedback on common errors, training opportunities, and employee adoption and quality
- Ensure that all billing is properly and appropriately generated and invoiced
- Constantly review work for accuracy and make recommendations for improvements to processes and work output
- Keep backup documentation in a very organized fashion and paperless
- Complete all duties timely and double check work product for accuracy
- Assist with garnishment projects
- Assist with QA projects as identified
- Other duties as assigned
What you'll bring as a QA Payroll Auditor:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook Email
- Obtain and maintain good knowledge of system for duties and tasks required
- Effectively communicate with internal team members and client liaison

The anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in California is $26.00 to $28.50 per hour. The offered pay to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc. Today'sHR is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work only in other states.
