fs3|Hodges is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA/QC Specialist to join our team. As a leader in the construction industry, fs3|Hodges is committed to delivering high-quality projects while providing exceptional client service. The QA/QC Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring that all construction projects meet the highest standards of quality and comply with applicable regulations and building codes.
The QA/QC Specialist will be responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, and management of quality control and quality assurance processes and procedures. This includes conducting inspections, reviewing project documentation, monitoring compliance with specifications, and supporting corrective action plans when necessary.
Salary Range: $150,000 to $160,000

Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall management of quality control and have the authority to act in all quality control matters for the Contractor
- Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and standards
- Review project documentation to verify accuracy and completeness
- Support the identification and documentation of deficiencies or non-conformities
- Assist in the development of corrective action plans
- Monitor and track quality metrics and provide regular reports to stakeholders
- Collaborate with project teams to provide guidance and support on quality-related matters
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, codes, and industry standards
- Provide training and support to project teams on quality processes and procedures
- Participate in internal and external audits and assessments
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction, including one (1) year as a quality control representative
- Strong knowledge of construction codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Must have a Bachelor of Science from an accredited engineering, architecture, or construction management college or a state Professional Engineer’s license
- Experience conducting inspections and supporting corrective action plans
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Proficient in using quality management software and tools
