Job Description:
- Comprehension of testing methodologies and concepts, and ability to convey them
- Reviewing requirements and design documentation to document test plans and test case specifications and to ensure adherence to the testing methodology and standards
- Determine deficiencies in test cases that have been developed
- Analyzing Requirements through critical thinking and determining required test coverage
- Development of Test Cases ensuring full requirements traceability
- Executing test cases to fully exercise desired functionality developed as part of a new release, defect remediation and application enhancements
- Testing changes to business process, work flow and documentation
- Evaluating, documenting and reporting test results and defect status
- Strong working knowledge of testing tools (e.g. ALM, UFT, Quality Center, Selenium, JIRA, Rational and NeoTrack)
- Understand how to develop SQL queries and execute them for performing data validation
- Strong working knowledge and experience with MS Office (2010) Suite
- Must have excellent verbal and written skills communicating with both business and technical staff in English
