Job Description:
Works on data migration project where patient data from existing application is migrated to new platform.
Tester would need to validate data from on both applications and raise issues where data discrepancy in the GUI/DB is identified. Mainly manual testing.
In cases where new application is different from old- ensure the data is correctly transformed
Where applicable, test integration points with testing stubs or application.
Query Database for data integrity, check through application logs for exceptions
Deploy the build into QA env, as required.
