Salary Range: $50000.00 - $70000.00 per year

Responsibilities

This job can include anything from helping the clerks to get their work done to analyzing financial statements. We often look to employees to come up with better ideas on how to operate so your feedback will be listened to and likely implemented. You will be focused heavily on the AP side working with vendors and clerks to ensure our credit rating. This position can easily grow into management as the business expands, which we have done every year so far. Muse is a growing company and we are looking for people who want to grow, collaborate and become something.

Educational Background: Associates or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. Experience: Previous experience in accounting or financial analysis roles is advantageous.

Preferred experience: Freight, Brokerage and QBO.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and team members. Must be able to work in a team with various people.

Tech Proficiency: Proficiency in accounting software, specifically QBO and Microsoft Excel.

Adaptability: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid remote work environment.
