Minimum Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving operational excellence
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean
- Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience with project management tools and techniques
Responsibilities:
