RCM of Washington is seeking a dynamic Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP) who is able to effectively multitask, communicate, and lead teams toward desired outcomes. The QIDP will report to a Program Director and manage a caseload of 10 - 14 supported individuals. As a member of RCM's management team, the QIDP is ultimately responsible for the development, coordination and monitoring of all aspects of the lives in your assigned caseload. Responsibilities include service coordination for all aspects of life on a twenty-four (24) hour, seven (7) days a week basis as well as being on-call through cell phones. As a QIDP, you are the delegated authority and have the responsibility, and accountability to carry out all assigned duties. It is expected that you spend 40% of time supervising direct resident support services performed and 60% of time devoted to general operations, administrative work, reporting and coordination of services.
