Duties & Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and test software programs to verify that programs function according to user requirements.
- Validate that software performs to established guidelines.
- Write, review, revise, and verify quality standards and test procedures for program design and product evaluation.
- Participate in review of standards, procedures, tools and process.
- Monitor, manage and communicate with developers on defects.
- Prepare and develop test strategies and test plans.
- Mentor others in QA methodologies, practices and techniques.
- Assist project leaders in solving QA issues.
- Work collectively to solve defects.
- Assist in performance, stress and Disaster recovery testing.
- Brings good understanding of business needs and Hybris functionality and can guide business, developers and testers
- Strong technology visionary capable of articulating how to achieve higher quality on solution delivery
- Leads agile teams, embodies the spirit of continuous improvement in how he/she manages a team of testers
- Brings expertise to automate testing using system tools
- Manages smaller projects from beginning to end covering Project Management, Requirements, Functional Design, Testing, Deployment and Support
- 5-10 years of QA experience primarily in web applications testing and other applications
- 1-2 years of managing projects or leading Testing team
- Experience working with business and developers at both functional and technical level
- Experience with test automation
- Experience using GitHub, JIRA / Confluence / Selenium
- Experience in Agile / Kanban processes for management
- Bachelor's degree or reasonable relevant work experience
- Green Card or American Citizen
