Summary
The Quality Analyst will be responsible for identifying, analyzing and improving existing business processes within our organization to meet goals. The Quality Analyst will promote and share best practices that sustain business process improvement across the organization.
Essential Job Functions include, but are not limited to the following:

- Lead the corporate Quality Service Incident (QSI) process by maintaining dashboards in Salesforce
- Organize and lead QSI meetings for all business units, provide process and tool training, and implement process improvements as needed
- Develop data-driven approaches to resolve quality issues using data as the basis for solving the problems and statistics and other tools for root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, etc.
- Support the implementation and expansion of corporate quality policies and procedures with appropriate document control
- Support Customer Experience, Site Quality, Product Management, and Sales in addressing customer complaints
- Manage external document repositories/exchange sites used by customers and suppliers for traceability
- Provide quality, regulatory, and product-related documents to sales or directly to customers, develop new documents, or modify existing as needed
- Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve difficult technical challenges
- Assist Site Quality with the development and maintenance of a Quality Management System
- Champion the development of product datasheets
- Perform other related duties as required.
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Life or Environmental Science, Engineering or related science field required.
- 4 – 8 years of related experience required.
- Work experience must demonstrate leadership and problem-solving skills.
- A background in quality is highly desirable.
