Job Title: Quality Analyst

Rate: DOE (W2/C2C/1099)

Qualifications
• 5+ Years of experience as a Quality Analyst with Business focus
• Education and experience equally evaluated for relevance
• Experience with system, integration and user testing
Responsibilities
• Ensures that systems meet business and technical requirements
• Responsible for leadership of given project managing test activities on time and within budget while meeting quality objectives.
• Manages test team work effort and allocation throughout test planning, preparation and execution to ensure that testing is on time and within budget.
• Manages global testing services delivery for a particular engagement inclusive of onshore and offshore resources.
• Manages knowledge retention and asset reuse
• Aligns project delivery priorities with Test Services Integration Lead
• Communicates staffing (roll on / roll off status) management updates to the QA Group PMO
• Provide regular executive summary status to QA Group Manager
• Ensures that the team follows QA Group 's quality requirements, testing standards, guidelines, and test methodology
• Determines requirements for test environments, test data, test infrastructure and tools and coordinate with CVX vendors.
• Plans, schedules, and manages the installation and application of patches to QA/Testing Tools using change management and release management processes
• Typically manages a project with a team size of 3 people.
