| Description/Comment: | Quality Assurance entry level associate will have direct ownership and administrative responsibility for processing Business Orders, Logistics, and Distribution Non-Conformances through to closure associated with internal Beckman Coulter warehousing/distribution processes in accordance with Beckman Coulter policies and procedures. Proactively initiates, develops, and maintains effective working relationships with team members Collaborates with cross-functional teams and Global Process Owners as required to process and close complaints in a required timely manner. Shift Hours: Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm Hybrid - 2 days onsite or as needed Responsible for monitoring, analyzing and, reporting complex CAPA metrics while providing a high level of support to CAPA Review Board and CAPA oversight process.
