Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and debug test plans for software applications based on business requirements and technical specifications.
- Review project requirements and develop appropriate test cases to ensure all requirements are met and yield the expected results.
- Detect and identify web-based configuration/workflow failures to ensure issues are discovered, documented, corrected, and retested.
- Evaluate software usability and error handling procedures.
- Communicate test progress, results, and other relevant information to project stakeholders and management.
- Document test results and generate historical analysis of applications’ capabilities and functionality.
- Document configuration anomalies and defects in an issue tracking database.
- Participate in application planning/design meetings.
- Provide application instructions for users.

- Detect and identify web-based software failures
- Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Defect Tracking and Test Case Management
- Interpret process diagrams (Business Process Workflow diagrams)
- Proficient in Microsoft software, service desk ticket management, and communication tools
Experience Required - 3 years of experience in:
- Performing software testing
- Creating test cases
- Web-based software/application testing
- Requirements traceability
- Microsoft Windows PC and web browser testing environment
