Summary:
As a Quality Assurance Engineer Lead, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing the reliability, functionality, and quality of our warehouse execution software. A successful candidate will support the product through manual testing and development of automated tests to catch bugs and resolve them.
Responsibilities:
- Support the development, testing and deployment of our software product
- Identify, report, and track software defects using tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira
- Plan tests to acceptance criteria from functional requirements and manually execute test scenarios to pass them
- Mentor Junior QA members and assist with debugging
- Triage bugs and help debug if they are stuck to figure out the bugs validity
- Write and generate automate tests for functional, regression, integration and performance testing
- Create and maintain documentation including test cases, test data, and reports to ensure traceability and transparency

Job Details
Qualifications:
- Business or technical degree in Computer Science, software engineering, or a similar field is preferred
- Excellent communication skills
Professional Experience:
- 3+ years’ of software testing
- 2+ year of development
- Experience with SQL, SOAP, API, XML, REST
- Experience with API integration
- Experience with WMS / WES software platforms
- Proven portfolio of projects
Other Experiences:
- Experience supporting and developing Warehouse control systems is preferred
- Experience with C#, React, Java, or Selenium preferred
- Experience with coordinating and collaborating with cross functional teams through multiple pieces of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Detailed understanding of logistics and IT processes
