About the Job
Our client is a top global integrator offering diverse services to the federal government. They are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Lead for a contract position on a project based in Washington, DC. This is an interesting program, providing assistance to customers with questions regarding unemployment, wages, pension and health benefits, and the like.
Per our Federal Government Contract, candidates must be US Citizens or Green Card Holders with a 5 year residency requirement.
Responsibilities :- Manage, supervise, and support the Quality Assurance team members
- Review and audit phone call and email evaluations and provide feedback to evaluators, including Operations Supervisors, Senior Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), and QAA staff.
- Conduct weekly QA Staff Team Meetings.
- Facilitate weekly QA internal and external Calibration Sessions.
- Review, analyze, and provide feedback regarding information on quality reports, evaluations, and performance metrics.
- Conduct continuous process improvement activities including identifying QA trends and lessons learned.
- Create QA program support documents including Work instructions, Job Aids, and QA Standards and their definition.
- Maintain a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for process improvement
- 7+ years of Quality Assurance (QA) experience
- 7+ years of experience with Microsoft 365
- 3+ years of experience with CRM Applications

Compensation
Competitive salary range of $90K-$150K, based on experience, qualifications, location, and certifications. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
