About the Sales Development Representative role:
Our customer is seeking a Sales Development Representative to be the initial connection to their customers, providing a positive and consultative experience. You will play a critical role in qualifying, educating, and guiding potential customers, building relationships, and closing sales opportunities.
As a Sales Associate, you will:
- Build trust and provide customers with accurate knowledge about services.
- Achieve outbound call targets set by the management team.
- Build and maintain customer relationships through effective pipeline management.
- Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Uncover customer needs and present an accurate high-level overview of the company's value proposition.
- Listen to unique eligibility issues and communicate easily understood solutions.
- Develop and maintain deep expertise in the clients services and best practices to provide value to customers.
- Understand and effectively communicate eligibility guidelines to determine if a lead qualifies for services.
- Follow up with customers to further educate, engage, and transition them toward planning services.
- Work collaboratively with others to achieve individual and team targets.
- Stay resilient and focused on winning customers despite setbacks or objections.
What Were Looking For
- Associate degree preferred, but not required.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferred.
- Experience working remotely, preferred.
- Strong ability to sell products over the phone and close deals remotely.
- Consistent track record of quota achievement.
- Self-starter who takes initiative and works with limited direction.
- Impeccable communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate multiple applications.
- Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills to improve lead conversion.
