Job Details
- Design, monitor, and improve quality inspection protocols.
- Lead a team to ensure consistent quality across production.
- Collaborate with production to quickly address and resolve quality issues.
- Manage records, compliance documents, and liaise with external QA inspectors.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in quality assurance, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of ISO standards and quality management.
- Proven leadership, organizational, and data analysis skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; quality certification is a plus.
