What You’ll Do:

• Lead Safety and Quality Initiatives: Manage a team of Quality Techs and Lab Techs to create the safest and most efficient work environment.
• Maintain Quality Standards: Ensure product quality and site lab testing are always up to par.
• Problem-Solving Extraordinaire: Address customer complaints, lead root cause investigations, and maintain quality audit records.
• Drive Improvement: Work with the R&D, production, and technical operations teams to optimize processes, develop product specs, and make equipment recommendations.
• Customer Relations: Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to understand customer needs, and occasionally visit customer facilities to ensure expectations are always exceeded.

  Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, polymer science, or engineering (or equivalent experience).
• 5-7 years of experience in quality assurance, with a solid track record in leadership and process improvement.
• A great communicator with a knack for data analysis and process standards.
