What You’ll Do:

• Lead QA programs to ensure high-quality and safe products.
• Conduct audits and inspections, and collaborate with teams to maintain standards.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovative quality solutions.
• Mentor and develop QA staff, fostering a culture of excellence.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field (preferred).
• 5+ years in quality control within food manufacturing, especially RTE foods.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, SSOP, FDA, and USDA regulations.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• HACCP and SQF certifications (preferred).
