Due to our company growth and expanding footprint, we are looking to add to our team and hire a Quality Assurance Representative (QAR).
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Representative (QAR) to assist the Chief Inspector to conduct, analyze, and follow-up on internal audits, CASS management, and contract pre-use inspections. This position will assist the CI to formulate and document quality policies and procedures and works with the CRS Training Manager for distribution. This role ensures compliance with internal policies as well as customer’s and regulatory requirements.
This is a full-time hybrid role. Onsite in Thermal, CA and work from home.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for performing internal audits IAW RSQCM and other regulatory/customer requirements.
- Responsible for auditing aircraft maintenance documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.
- Responsible for raising findings and opportunities for improvement.
- Responsible for reporting audit findings to management for further action.
- Responsible for facilitating and monitoring the timely implementation of preventative and corrective actions.
- Analyzes internal and external Quality data and initiate effective corrective actions to reduce and eliminate adverse trends.
- Assist with the assignment of training to company personnel and contractors.
- Provides Quality technical support to all process owners.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A&P Required with minimum 3 years, IA preferred.
- 1 years of quality experience.
- Minimum 6 months of developing audit checklists and tracking to schedule.
- Minimum 1 year experience participating in company internal AS9100 audits.
- Knowledge of FAA 14 CFR Regulations.
- Audit management and corrective action management.
- Knowledge in conducting internal audits.
- Very proficient in all Microsoft Suite Office Products.
- Knowledge of aircraft/helicopters.
- Knowledge in safety in and around aircraft.
