Job Summary:
The Quality Assurance Analyst supports organization with quality improvements efforts. Performs quality
audit checks, keeps control of quality check consistency, and analyses the quality audit results.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Performs SOX and QA audits and supports organization with internal and external audit activities.
Supports the organization with initial compliance and ongoing preparation, testing and monitoring of
conformance to established quality assurance processes and standards.
Under supervision may perform evaluation of internal controls, communications, risk assessments
and maintenance of documentation related to compliance, quality, and regulatory standards.
With additional support identifies risk and evaluates deficiencies while working with internal
departments/business units to appropriately remedy them.
Captures current challenges, desired outcomes, and recommendations.

Job Requirements
Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree
Minimum Work Experience (years): 1-3 years
Key Skills and Competencies:
Good analytical skills
Basic knowledge of quality tools and techniques including basic statistics.
Basic knowledge of MS office components and Excel.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic project management skills is a plus.
