SUMMARY
The Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist is responsible for ensuring that products and services meet the established standards of quality, including reliability, usability, and performance. They play a critical role in identifying defects, improving processes, and ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations. Key responsibilities include developing and executing test plans, analyzing product specifications, conducting audits, and providing feedback to teams to enhance overall quality. The QA Specialist collaborates with cross-functional teams, to ensure continuous improvement and optimal product quality. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential for this role.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties and tasks may be assigned.
* Plan, execute, and oversee RCM inspection and testing for quality and conformance to specifications and deliverables
* Assist RCM by tracking, documenting, and reporting and quantifying quality levels
* Investigate reports of quality issues and ensure resolution in accordance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements
* Develop or update procedures for capture, investigation, and documentation of identified failures
* Monitor risk-management procedures, maintain problem logs, and report issues to managers and product developers
* Provide training and support to quality assurance team members that covers systems, policies, procedures, and core processes
* Actively promotes USRC Core Values; develops effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
* Participates in team concepts and promote a team effort; performs duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.
* Regular and reliable attendance is required for the job.
Qualifications/Requirements:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Requirements include:
* Bachelor's degree preferred; degree in finance, decision sciences, business or another analytical disciplines strongly preferred.
* Three plus (3+) years QA experience with multi location healthcare preferred; other relevant experience will be considered; previous dialysis RCM experience a strong plus.
* Proficient with all Microsoft Office products, including Outlook and Word.
* Advanced analytical skills required; Excel
