Solid knowledge of manufacturing and machining processes. Experience and/or education in metrology and related inspection/quality control is required. High degree of mechanical aptitude is required.

Technical education in Quality Assurance or Engineering and related work experience is desired. Certification in Quality discipline is preferred.

Excellent math, language and audit skills. Competent with standard computer software and data analysis (spreadsheet, word processing).

Assertive team player capable of identifying problems and implementing solutions. Ability to coordinate multiple activities simultaneously.

Good communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of manufacturing and support personnel.
