Job Summary
Packsize is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to support data analysis and internal quality processes. The QA Technician will become an expert in responding to customer quality requests, as well as Packsize’s nonconformity process. They will also assist the quality specialists during quality audits, to support ISO-9001 initiatives, and learn how to facilitate minor nonconformities from initial review to disposition.
This position requires knowledge and interest in data analysis, as well as excellent communication skills. This person must be able to collaborate effectively both onsite and remotely, with a variety of team members across a wide range of functions, including quality, engineering, customers, sales, and operations.
What You'll Do
Help the quality team manage data related to internal and external quality.
Work closely with cross functional team members to ensure nonconformities and corrective actions are completed on time and to a high degree of quality.
Assist the Quality Specialist in managing and performing internal audits.
Assist the Quality Specialist in managing supplier nonconformities.

What We Offer
The salary range for this role is $46,000 to $52,000 however,Packsize considers several factors when determining compensation when extending a job offer, including but not limited to, the role being offered, the associated responsibilities, the candidate's prior work experience, education/training, and any special skills.
